AirMove connects you with nearby truck drivers for on-demand or scheduled goods transport. Simply enter your pickup and delivery details, choose your products, select any add on service, and book your move through the app. It's that simple.
You can move:
General Household items (inc furniture and appliances)
New furniture purchases
Office equipment
Bulky goods
Commercial or retail stock(However, hazardous or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.)
You don’t need to worry about choosing a truck. Just select your items from the provided list or upload custom items with dimensions and photos. AirMove will automatically workout the most suitable vehicle based on the size and volume of your goods.
Yes, AirMove allows you to pre-book a move for a specific date and time. This is useful for business deliveries or planned time/date sensitive moves.
You can cancel your booking through the app. Usually cancellation is free, but fees may apply if the cancellation is too close to the scheduled time.
Unfortunately due to being an on demand hailing app, change of schedule is not allowed, however you can cancel the job and rebook. Most cancellations aren't charged.
You can track your driver in real-time via the app once the job is assigned. Notifications will keep you updated on their ETA.
No, until the driver has arrived to your home, you cannot contact the driver as they are either busy loading / unloading or driving. Please reach out to support using messages.
Please go to the "Contact Us" in your app section and select "Billing Issue." Our support team will review and resolve it within 1 business day.
Go to “Contact Us” and select “Report a Lost Item.” Enter your job ID and a description of the item. We’ll contact the driver and assist you with recovery.
We take feedback seriously. Please report any driver-related concerns through the “Report a Driver” option under "Contact Us." Include your job reference and a short description of the incident.
